I recently photographed their family of five in the grassy paddocks across the road from our studio. It was a Saturday afternoon and the session started at 4:15pm. It was amazing light for photos that late in the afternoon, but I knew I wouldn’t have it for long as sunset was due within the hour. As the time passed, it gradually got darker, but my new Nikon didn’t let me down! With the help of the best technology now available, I was able to continue without using flash right to the very end as the sun slowly disappeared. Even with minimal lighting, each image I captured still has as much detail as if it were the very first taken. Gotta love that!
