Don Shiel Photography, a division of Windywillow P/L complies with all legislation, so your clients’ information is secure.
After your order is placed and fulfilled, all data will be destroyed and never used again, under any circumstance is it all.
As director of Windywillow P/L, I, Don Shiel certify that the information will never be used for any purpose other than the original order fulfilment.
As this is a gift that comes from you to your clients, you’re not sharing your data but merely placing an order for a gift to be sent to your clients. This is no different from ordering a basket of chocolates or flowers to be sent to your clients on your behalf.
Nevertheless, none of the information supplied will ever be used for any purpose other than the initial fulfilment of your order.
ORDER FULFILMENT
Orders for client gifts can be placed by emailing directly to [email protected] or via the form below.
A portrait gift voucher packs will then be packaged with an accompanying letter on your letterhead and mailed to your client.
Some of our partners choose to include clients mobile number so an automated text can be sent to remind them of their approaching expiry date. (Helpful for additional brand pulsing and of course forgetful clients). After this SMS is programmed, the data is then destroyed. Clients will never be contacted, called or mailed to again.
